Emma Butler

Emma Butler

Emma is a Marketing Professional focused on the digital industry specifically in travel.  Her career spans a number of marketing and sales related appointments, the last ten years of which have been in the travel industry.  She is a Chartered Marketer and has a large involvement in the Essex branch and Regional East of England Committee for the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

A founder member of last minute holidays website holidayholiday.co.uk, Emma has spent most of her life surrounded by and immersed in the holiday and travel industry due to the family business that she grew up within.  She has also travelled extensively around the world and loves to do so.

As Marketing Director, Emma is responsible for all online and offline marketing for Holiday Holiday and also oversees all social media marketing for Holiday Holiday and any other projects.  This includes forums, blogs, twitter, facebook amongst others.  Prior to founding Holiday Holiday, Emma started her own marketing agency at the age of 23, creating marketing related material for clients both inside and out of the travel industry.   These included multimedia projects, branding, marketing communications for blue chip and smaller clients.

Her company was a local finalist in Young Entrepreneur of the Year Shell Livewire Awards, and Emma also participated in the Shell STEP scheme in her penultimate year of university.  Before working in the Travel Industry, Emma was employed in the print industry in Sales & Marketing.
